How To Use
Make sure that you use it for 2-3 hours during the day and 8 hours during sleep at night for optimal results.
- Phase 1: This is the most challenging stage. Adjustment begins to take place during the first week and it can be uncomfortable. Your teeth are under pressure for the first time, and you're trying to get used to a new tongue position.

- Phase 3: This is the final stage of teaching your teeth where they should be in the long run. This stage is critical to avoid them returning to their previous misaligned state.
How It Works
The Alidon Aligners exert a slight pressure on the teeth. This pressure gets transferred to the roots and the jaws. The pressure in the jawbone allows the sockets to move, essentially allowing your teeth to form in alignment.
