Make sure that you use it for 2-3 hours during the day and 8 hours during sleep at night for optimal results.

Is it possible to find out when you will restock stage one retainers

This review is limited to stage 1 after approximately 2 weeks of use: Week 1 hurts and you drool a lot, Week 2 isn't even half as painful and you're tempted to jump to the next stage. There is a subtle but definite change in alignment. I absolutely had my doubts and have been pleasantly surprised. Further update to follow as we get there.
