SECTION 25 - ALIDON MOUTHPIECE WARNINGS

 

By using the Alidon Mouthpiece, you acknowledge and agree to the following warnings and precautions:

 

1. DO NOT soak your Alidon Mouthpiece overnight.
2. The Alidon Mouthpiece is designed for mild aesthetic alignment improvement. We advise that you consult with your orthodontist for all severe dental cases.
3. Excessive twisting, flexing, compressing, folding, abrading, or chewing may lead to a degraded appearance and/or the breakdown or failure in the layered construction of the Alidon Mouthpiece.
4. DO NOT use isopropyl (Rubbing) alcohol or alcohol-based cleaning agents.
5. DO NOT use hand sanitizer, dish soap, bleach, or denture tablets to clean the Alidon Mouthpiece.
6. Be careful if you use nail polish or artificial nails since the material can stick to these surfaces.
7. DO NOT put the Alidon Mouthpiece in the dishwasher.
8. Avoid situations where inhalation or swallowing of the Alidon Mouthpiece could occur.
9. DO NOT use or try to fit the Alidon Mouthpiece over braces by yourself. We advise that you consult with your orthodontist first.
10. DO NOT expose the Alidon Mouthpiece to temperatures exceeding 70°C or to an open flame. Protect your Alidon Mouthpiece from warm environments, such as hot dashboards in cars, environments, surfaces, liquids, etc., as they have the potential to affect the quality of the Alidon Mouthpiece.
11. DO NOT use the Alidon Mouthpiece as an athletic mouthguard.
12. Inspect the Alidon Mouthpiece for damage and immediately stop using it if damage is discovered.
13. Follow the above instructions regarding cleaning and storage.

 

SECTION 26 - "SHARE YOUR SMILE" CAMPAIGN

 

Eligibility: This campaign is open only to customers who have purchased the Alidon teeth alignment kit between 6 to 3 months prior to the start date of this campaign. Employees of Alidon, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the campaign.

Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted online starting from [Start Date] and ending [End Date]. All online entries must be received by [End Time on End Date].

Prizes: The winners of the campaign (the “Winners”) will receive a teeth whitening kit worth R2,491. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Alidon. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted.

Image & Testimonial Usage: By participating in this campaign, entrants grant Alidon the right to use their submitted images, testimonials, and likeness in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. Entrants also agree that Alidon has the right to edit, adapt, and publish any or all of the entries it receives.

Google Review: Participants are encouraged but not obligated to leave a review for Alidon on Google. Leaving a review will not increase the chances of winning the prize.

Selection and Notification of Winners: The top 50 images will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by Alidon. Winners will be notified via email within two weeks following the selection. Alidon shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings.

Rights Granted by Entrants: By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), entrants understand and agree that Alidon, anyone acting on behalf of Alidon, and Alidon’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, entrants' entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

Terms & Conditions: Alidon reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the campaign should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Alidon’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the campaign.

Limitation of Liability: By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Alidon, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such entrant’s participation in the campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.

Acceptance of Terms: By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these terms, and represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, entrants agree to accept the decisions of Alidon as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign.
